In the course of carrying out our activities, including providing our services Australia Answers Pty Ltd (ACN 658 020 252) and its related bodies corporate and subsidiaries (together, we, us or our), will collect, store, use and disclose personal information.

If you don’t provide us with personal information, we are unlikely to be able to provide you with our services and/or respond to your request (as applicable).
How we collect and hold personal information

We may also disclose personal information to our associates, subsidiaries, affiliates and related bodies corporate, and also to third party service providers (including technology and marketing and analytics service providers and search engines and social media platforms) for purposes in connection with the provision of our services and the purposes set out above.
Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others
From time to time, we may allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across our website(s) and/or other platforms. These entities may also use cookies (including Facebook cookies), web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our website(s) and platforms, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, and links clicked. This information may be used by us, and others authorised by us to, among other things, analyse and track data, deliver advertising and content targeted to you, and to better understand your online activity. For example, we may use Facebook Custom Audience or other remarketing tools to advertise online. This enables other websites and online services, including Facebook, to inform, optimise, and serve ads for our services based on your past visits to our website(s), and survey and competition responses.

Your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When your personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information.
Access and correction
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure any personal data we collect, use or disclose is up to date and accurate. If you believe personal information that we hold about you is not up to date or accurate, you may ask us to correct it.
You may ask us to provide you with details of the personal information we hold about you, and copies of that information. We will respond to your request and attempt to provide you with the data within 30 days of receipt of your request.
If we provide you with copies of the information you have requested, to the extent permitted by law, we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing you with that information.

Overseas disclosure
We may, in the course of providing services, disclose personal information to overseas entities (including our related bodies corporate and service providers) and including by utilising overseas data servers to process information. Those overseas entities may be located in the USA.

We will review and update this privacy policy from time to time as needed without notice. Therefore, you should review the terms of this policy periodically to make sure that you are aware of how we collect, hold, store and use personal information. However, if we make material changes, we will notify you using a method determined by us. The date this policy was last updated will be set out at the start of the policy.
Complaints
If you consider a breach of the Privacy Act 1988(Cth) has occurred, you may direct your query to our privacy officer using the details set out in the contacting us section below and we will attempt to resolve your complaint.
